		<description>The City's plan just seems like overkill. I don't mind sorting my own recycling, if there's someone to come pick it up. Is there? I have no idea - which is why an information campaign like this would be awesome - and any kind of information campaign would be great. I actually cart my stuff out to Sugar Land, simply because I'm familiar with that system. Ridiculous. Besides all that - it would be fabulous to see the city work with local artists on something like this.</description>
